Lebron James had one of the best games of his career Sunday as the Miami Heat beat the Indiana Pacers 101-93 to tie the series at 2-2. LeBron played 44 minutes and scored 40 points to go with 18 rebounds and nine assists. He was 14-of-27 from the field, 12-of-16 at the line and also had two steals and two blocks. He did this in a must-win game for the Heat where they were without Chris Bosh and the performance also seemed to wake Dwyane Wade.
So what if LeBron never wins a title? To be completely honest, I’m not certain that any of us have ever actually asked ourselves that question because we’ve always just assumed that he would.if the Lebron never wins a ring, he’ll still end up as one of the 10 best players this league has ever seen. However we all know he wants to be remembered for being more than just a great all-around player who couldn’t close and could never quite reach the mountain top.
